General Specifications

  • Motorised Rolling Shutter of required height and width will be provided as per your requirement.
  • We will try to provide maximum Shop height as per TMC DC rules and design.
  • Otla in front of shops
  • Fins /Railings in services area
  • Common toilet for all shops will be provided
  • Individual Toilet will be provided if required
  • CCTV cameras in the periphery
  • Provision for Signage Board for each shop

Electrical

  • Light and fans points will be provided as per Electrical consultant design
  • Air conditioning points provision if required
  • Concealed electrical wiring
  • DB, MCB in each shop
  • Diesel Generator backup connection in each shop

Internal Tile Specifications

  • Designer Nano polished double charge Vitrified Tiles flooring Scratch proof & stain resistance.
  • Room Flooring and 3” skirting tile size 2' x 2'
  • Anti-skid toilet flooring tile 1' x 1'/2' x 2'
  • Colour and size to be finalised during selection during construction phase

Internal Plumbing Specifications

  • Toilet Plumbing design will be provided as per Plumbing consultant design
  • Concealed plumbing with CPVC and PVC PIPE of approved make
  • Sanitary fittings of approved make

Internal Paint & Gypsum Specifications

  • Gypsum on surface of walls. All corners / sharp edges of Beam, Column or walls rounded off.
  • Coats of Putty and primer and 3 coats of painting of premium emulsion paint.
